I am still working and have applied for a scheduled award, my question is if I recieve a scheduled award for loss of vision in one eye, can I recieve workers comp if I no longer meet the vision requirements for my job.

each state has it's own work comp system and rules.
there is no one answer for each state.

I live and work in New York State, the injury took place in Ga. However I am a federal employee. Are the rules the same for Feds as they are for everyone else.

no, not the same.
the federal government administers a number of different workers compensation programs depending on the agency or type of employment.
