I was wondering if anyone knows how a QME can write a report and say that you are P/S without seeing you. I saw him my first initial visit 11/2010 and that report said I was TTD. Now the new report says I am P/S and he has not even seen me. How is that and is that legal?

any doctor including a QME can review medical records and render an opinion.
if they do they must state that fact in their report.

Hi, I was wondering if the (QME) was asked to give a supplemental report after his report for your visit in 11/2010?
I knew that my (QME) was asked to make supplemental report regarding my rating. The (QME) gave me a rating without guides.
