i was hurt over a year ago and have been reciving wc. they sent me for a IME and the doctor said i won't get any better. i would like to if they will make a settlement with me

There is so much that goes into settlement it's hard to just say yes or no. If there is a perm loss of use then there is normally a settlement but it is almost never what it's worth. The WC system is not set up to make anybody but the lawyers rich and even the lawyers don't make out real good in the end. If you are looking at anything major like the loss of being employed then a good lawyer is the best place to ask your question and the first visit is free. Many here can help you with an answer with allot more details but nobody can really tell you what you might get
