Time limit for treatment
Hi! New gal on the list.
I was injured two years ago in PA in a federal (attached) agency. A claim was filed as I needed to have a little surgery at the time of injury. Since then however, it has been causing me problems that have now escalated to nearly unusable. I tried making an appointment with one doctor but was told they "weren't accepting DOL referals at this time"??? Is there a time limit on getting further treatment? Does anyone understand why the rejection from the docs office? I am very confused and haven't a clue where to go for dependable information. Thanks for any help. AK |

federal government runs a number of different work comp programs.
