BB I cannot understand how anyone can look into the face of a child and not believe in God....nothing so perfect so innocent can be any thing but a gift from God.....But you have to have Faith it is not something you can prove it is something that just IS. I have been blessed so much in my life by faith I thank God for it...it would be stupid to think I just deserved it....cuz I dont...

Jayne I see God everywhere, I marvel every day about the wonderous things that God hath created. I too cannot understand how people can say things happened by chance. It actually takes more faith NOT TO BELIEVE.
True we will always have those who take religion too far. But I live by simple rules, love, respect, honor, care and understanding. Those may seem like simple things but we're human. To often we don't love, too often we don't respect others, too often we don't honor those who need and deserve it, too often we don't care. Sometimes that caring is just listening, holding a hand or just being there. Then there's the understanding, a lifetime it takes to understand. The final understanding comes when we meet Him face to face. There the final understanding, the knowledge will come and I can't wait.
I buried a good friend years ago, Gloria taught me so much. Inner strength, perseverance, faith and love. She died at age 27 and I told her this the last time I saw her. I held her hand and said: "I am so jealous of you...you will know the truth first. Of our Saviour, you will see His face first". I kissed her forehead and 5 hours later she knew the truth, had the final knowledge and understood.

I remember someone on here saying something akin to that to me last year when my Daddy died and then 6 months later my sister...on her last day she was so scared and I remembered the words from someone here...and I told her also I am so jeolous of you lynnie.....today you get to see Daddy again and hug his neck and lynnie you get to see the face of Jesus...and you will know and understand all the whys....Tell Daddy I love him....she smiled and slipped into a coma....I couldnt remember and thank the person who gave me those words to comfort her...so I do it now.Thank you BB for helping me comfort my baby sister in her final moments....

Jayne I don't know whether it was me who told you that or not. I've always tried to give comfort to all, that's just who I am.

My son-in-law today let me be on his facebook page again. So I get to see pics of my grand babies again. Forget the knee cap for Christmas, seeing those beautiful little faces is all I want.

Grandbabies...are the best....so sweet and loving and able to break your heart in a second....they are Gods reward for not killing their parents when they were teenagers....
