Deposition Canceled
I had a deposition scheduled 2 days before my settlement hearing, I just got notice that the deposition has been canceled which I think is kind of strange.
I am an IW for 2 1/2 years, they wanted to do surgery but I decided not have it because my Dr said there was no guarantees It would benefit me. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance. |

they think they can get an adequate settlement without a deposition.
