Disability ratings
Hello, I would like to know if I'm eligible for a rate change? The last time i was rated was in 1997 and my rating was set at 49%. They had me sign away rights to more money under this rating. But now I have been operated on three more times and am now in a wheelchair due to nerve damage. Ive been granted total disabilty through social security. Couldn't or wouldn't I be rated to 100% through work comp. insurance and be compensated for the diffrence?

RE: Disability ratings
I would say if you settled with a rating of 49% that is all you will get but don't hold me to that. Not sure if they have been paying for these last surgeries or not but I would say if so they should be covering all those bills but I would think the settlement part of the money is done.

if you signed away your rights to more then you can't change it without giving back what you got in exchange.
most states have time limits.
