Which step is first for a dismissal???
California::
I want to dismiss the attorney because he is terrible. I want to dismiss the workers comp case because I dont feel like I need to continue with medical care, one of my treating docs released me back to work, I start back to work tonight, the primary doc still needs to see me for his release I guess and probably to write his report. What is step 1? File to dismiss attorney then contact adjuster to withdraw the claim? Or Call Adjuster first? Or, go see the primary doc next week to get his return to work status? What if his status says light duty but I already went back to work full duty, can I be pulled from the job????? I just want to go to work tonite and forget about all this workers comp crap is it possible?????? God has blessed me with getting well, something I thought months ago wouldnt be possible, I just want to go back to a normal life, no ratings, no impairments, no court stuff, just punch the time clock, go home and be happy to be well enough to work?? Any suggestions please??

RE: Which step is first for a dismissal???
your atty can dismiss your claim.
if they won't, then you can dismiss your atty and then notify in writing both the court and the carrier that you don't wish to pursue additional benefits and want the claim closed.
to dismiss your atty follow guide 15
