Most likely you will have little choice in the matter WC will go after the parents insurance to recoup any money they have been out on you if it exceeds the policy then its the parents bank account that comes into play if the WC insurance wishes them to continue to pay your medical bills....it is after all this young mans fault you are injured.....since WC does not pay for pain and suffering unless there is a different fund for that in the insurance policy you are out of luck unless you go after the parents also...However I am not a expert and could be very wrong...Kate is an expert on Florida WC she should be checking in sooner or later...it being the weekend it may be later....
