The WC attorney is the one who sent me to the current primary treating physician. I also see a chiropractor that the treating physician referred me to for therapy. If I dismiss the attorney from my case, do I still see these doctors. Also, since I am unsure of wanting to continue to pursue this wc case or just drop it, if I do drop it, what happens to these doctors that I am currently seeing. Do they give me some kind of status of a release in treating me since they wont no longer be paid by workers comp?

you may have to pay yourself.....to see them...I am unsure you may want to have a sit down with your lawyer and tell him what you want he works for you after all

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

if you dismiss your atty you still have a claim and all remains the same except who is representing you.
if you drop your claim and you still want treatment you'll have to pay yourself.
