Urgent! PT Issues...what does this mean?
Hi, from CO.,
Got a voice mail from my attorney's paralegal today saying that my attorney had a Vocab Expert look over my records, because the attorney thought there could be Pt issue, and it was indeed found by the expert to be PT issues. What does that mean...PT issues? Is this something I should be concerned about? Second, she wants me to file for SSDI. I wonder why? I trust my attorney, and I'm not questioning what my attorney wants me to do. I just have questions that can't wait until Monday. Anybody have any idea what might happening? I just had a nerve block done today for my CRPS and wasn't back in time to return the call before the office closed. I'm so worried and will not be able to rest without some sort of understanding. Should I be worried? Can anyone explain what might be going on? I would be so greatful, if you can. Injury 2008 left upper extremity, neck, carpel tunnel, and Cubital tunnel in both elbows. Surgery times two July 2009 and Feb 2010, then was placed at MMI in April 2010, and placed in maintenance program in July. Then was DX with CRPS in injury left arm July 2010 by private doctor. W/C pain doctor agreed to findings in August, and W/C okayed nerve injections for CRPS. CRPS has spread into upper arm, shoulders, neck and right arm. Will W/C have to reopen my case with this new finding of CRPS? What happens if they do? I just need someone to talk to that has been where I am. Thank you in advance...Lefty Injury date 11/2008; left upper extremity; CRPS; bilateral cubital tunnel syndrome; carpal tunnel syndrome. |

RE: Urgent! PT Issues...what does this mean?
If the attorney wants your to file fore SSDI, then I would do do. Most attorneyies don't thier client filing for SSDI untill the claim has been settled. The reason for attorneies wanting thier cliens to wait is because they (attorney) will loose out on the settlement side. You can alppy online for SSD, but I suggest the you get copies of all your medical records first.
8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom. |
