laws changed
nc! do you think there is anyaway that wc injured people could ban together to get laws changed about how long we have to wait to get something done? for us that have worked all of our lives and one day go to work and get hurt, to not have any idea how long the system will skrew us. we lose everything that we worked for and after you file wc, you almost lose it all. just like to here others views on this!

WC Laws are State based and we on this forum are quite a mixed group. Here is a site that has State Specific WC Forums. It would be a good place to ask questions and "ban together" to try and change some laws. Believe me, there probably isn't one person in WC who hasn't at least thought this. WC is generally a screwed up System that laws are not in stone and subject to interpretation and misinterpretation; depending on what side you're on. Good luck!
