Cost of 2 level spinal fusion in Illinois

Anyone had it done here in Illinois? What did it cost? 1 surgeon, no neurosurgeon.

if the employer is protected by work comp insurance it's unlikely they have any other liability for the injury-- worker's comp is the employee's exclusive remedy from a work injury.

as I said above whether there was a design liability other factors by a third party is up to the evidence and your PI lawyer

P.S. your employer has subrogation lein rights for their work comp costs against any third party recovery.

I had a spinal fusion done by a neuro surgeon in PA and the cost was over 200,000 between hardware, surgeon and 9 days in intensive care.
