Hi, I have a question. I am I entitled to an evaluation to figure out if any loss of right shoulder (Oregon) before I have to go back to the same job that injured me? Both Drs mine & IME say I can go back to full duty (Housekeeper) I have a lawyer. Do I have any rights? Thanks!
