IME no show
Hi, Oregon- Was sent a letter from WC with a 2nd IME appt (dated sept 9) I showed up on time (today) and was told the appt was canceled Sept 9th (I didnt receive this appt note untill Oct 14th), No one told me the appt was canceled. My question is... could this mean they went with the 1st IME opinion Sept 30th?; (he did state I can go back to full duty - housekeeper) I still havent got an evaluation of what my loss & resrictions are. Thanks

Thats hard to say, they may have just decide to find another doctor. Did they pay you to go to this appt?

did you tell them that you charge 25 dollars for cancellation without 24 hour notice? heh....
