Everybody Loves Stress...Help in California
Hi I am new to here, glad I found this forum.
I was hoping someone would have advice on how to handle this. I know that proving a stress claim is hard to do, lucky for me I have documentation in excess of 2 years. The start of it was when I caught my boss altering my timecard. From there things have been pretty ugly. In the past year thingd have gotten worse from supervisors instigating altercations to sexual conduct witin my dept. I have gone to HR,union, EEOC on the employers end you can tell they do not want to deal with it. I am dealing with a more hostile and retalitory enviroment.. I have been to a dr. for the chest pains that got so bad I have been in the ER 2 times this past weekend. Chest pain, and more... I do not know where to take this...w/c?? disability??? I am the sole provider for my family and am just a few days from being out of leave.... Suggestions PLEASE!!! |

It did look that way, I agree. Pretty funny. I am new here too but these guys are great. I went to another board that a friend told me about and they were rude as hell. Glad I found this.
