I dont believe so....what state are you in?

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....Smile

Sounds like the HR lady is full of BS!

A doctor only gives you restrictions for a work injury for one reason, and that is because you NEED them!

You need to return to the doctor, if your case was closed out
you may need to hire an attorney to reopen your case.

Good Luck!

She told me why i was at work they couldnt let me leave work for the same injury the first time you hurt it you can leave work to see a dr after that you have to do it on your own time even though your in pain.I go to the dr friday so hopefully it works out and im going to get a hold of a lawyer as well ..Thanks!

RE: question about medical attention
anytime you are in to much pain to work you can leave you may lose your job but you can leave....leaving by an ambulance is a good way to prove your point.....if you are in to much pain to work or drive yourself to the ER
