w/c doc says he will rate after pain management

well went to doc and he said return to work with rest. and my boss said he had no work for me with the rest. so he told me that w/c said to keep all the same i guess me not working and my w/c doc also said he will rate me after pain manag. what happens next settlement talks and will w/c ok pain managment or just try to settle?

Dont be surprised if the W/C Doctor rates You lower than You think You should be.
You would do well to speak with a Attorney about this.
