webehealed, dont be surprised with anything that deals with workcomp. i cannot figure out what state of appeal level you are at like AQA asked "who is the state?" and are you referring to the "judges descision" inregards to the state court once your case has left workcomp please let us know we can help you and probably find someone with the answers you need

also -----if they are not paying your award and it is PAST the date that they can appeal again------your attorny needs to file a motion to get your payments asap they can file these motions in the state courts or workmans comp its commom for them to try and hold onto their money as long as they can and they do so as they are not required to pay in any stated amount of time. the more pressure you put and keeping your name on their desk the sooner you will see the check
