well the insurance company owes me all of last week and this week, so in total she owes me 2 weeks pay. After I talked to my job and confirmed I would be there monday, I called the insurance lady and I asked about my pay from her. She told me she owes me last week and I will get paid all the way until monday the 4th when I return to work. So as far as she has said, I wont be missing any pay at all. Im just a little upset about the confusion with the doctors. I would think the specialists word goes over the insurance company or the other doctor. Yet they are going by my jobs doctors word. But oh well I will go back to work and follow the guidlines. If they dont want to follow them I will contact the insurance company. I am not going to risk my health for inconsiderate people at my job.

When you do go back and you stay within your restrictions and the pain gets to bad you need to tell your supervisor/boss or your hr department. There is no sense of hurting yourself worse and if it dont help by telling them, tell them you need to seek medical help either by your dr or there is always the ambulance... Either way I hope it works out for you and your dr sees the notes.........Take care.

thanks a lot for your help and advice, Im going to see how it goes on monday and hopefully it all works out without any problems. Its just a little nerve racking when the doctor doesnt even know exactly whats going on but it seems like everyone is too cheap to give and MRI or some kind of imaging to see whats going on. It shows peoples intentions are more about money then peoples well being. Pretty sad.
