Medical Marijuana and Work Comp
Does medical marijuana in California effect a workers comp case? I went to a psych eval with a mutual dr. did all of my questions face to face, then at the end she asked me about my criminal record of cultivation and medical marijuana use. I was truthful about the subject, but now am worried. She proceeded with saying I dont think its rite to use medical marijuana around ur daughter, I made her aware that I do not use medical marijuana even when I am alone with my daughter and that when I do use, it helps make my medication more effective. My criminal record ended in 2000, thank you

RE: Medical Marijuana and Work Comp
it probably depends on the issues.
someone under the influence of any substance that is unknown to the physician can lead to an erroneous diagnosis. your legal/criminal status has no effect. some prison inmates are covered by workers comp; it does not exclude a person. |
