Prescription reimbursement (Illinois)
I sustained an eye injury on 8/10/10. I am a temporary employee and called the temporary agency immediately. They seem to be handling the ER visit and eye specialist payments as I have not received any bills from them. However Walgreens said the their insurance was not covering the prescriptions totalling $275.96 so I called the owner of the agency and he said he would reimburse me. I gave him the receipts and have yet to receive payment. I have left him a couple of messages and he is not returning my call. I am going to send an email today. I have not retained an attorney as I am afraid since I am a temporary employee that they may say they don't have anything for me.

Hiring a lawyer may not solve your problems unless you have pemanent damage.........

RE: Prescription reimbursement (Illinois)
you should contact the insurance carrier and try to find out why the denial.
if you saved a copy of the receipts you can send them directly to the carrier.
you can also contact the industrial commission for help/information
