I have settled my case. How long does it take to receive my check from the insurance company. I also have a nother question I was hurt on another job can i file a claim against the company. The company was located in missuouri.

each state has a different process that's why we ask that you post your state if you want information.
are you in missouri?
yes you can file a claim if it's within the statute of limitations.

the settlement has to be written up and signed by both parties and filed with the circuit court for approval. once it's filed with the court it takes about 30 days to pay.

I live in alabama but i was working in missouri. I have a claim in alabama also.
