possible mmi in oct.

I see my surgeon in oct, and he may put me at mmi for my pelvis and hip.... I was given a ppd on my back over a year ago and was pain ppd and now has been reinjured and am out of work and getting ttd again. If they place me at mmi for hip & pelvis can I collect ppd while collecting ttd for my back....? Wisconsin.....

ppd can be paid whether you are working or not; it's based on impairment not whether you are employed.
since they are separate injuries there should not be a conflict.
you can't collect ttd for more then one injury at a time.
