Loss of use ?
I received a 31% loss of use of my right knee that my doctor & the work comp insurance co. both agree. I know they will deduct the weekly benefits they paid me but what kind of money can I expect ? I live in New York. Thank You !!

I live in New York and got 50% loss of foot. According to that table it's 102 weeks. Do you concur?

the table is for total loss of use.
your final rating % is multiplied by the loss of use weeks for the appropriate body part.
