Reimbursement for Milage in Illinois?
Will worker's compensation and/or my third party settlement include millage reimbursement for doctor's appointments?

You can negotiate settlement with either. However, I believe Illinois WC only pays mileage for carrier requested IME. They do not pay for mileage to regular doctor appointments. You can try to negotiate it but since it is not an owed benefit, I'm not sure why they would agree to it.
