Special prayers today for Garrett & family
The phone call came early this afternoon.
Garrett's Mother was putting him in his chair when he quit breathing, with a code being called. Garrett is now on a vent, and will be having another MRI to check for brain activity. Things do not look good, and this family could sure use some prayers. |

Oh Bummer... I will put in on our prayer call list for our church...my heart goes out to his parents how horrible to see your child go through this... lots of prayers will be going up for the entire family today...Red

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

I now know Garrett had a seizure when his Mother was putting him in the wheel chair. He quit breating & his heart stopped, it is estimated he went 6 minutes without oxygen.
A MRI will be done in the morning to see if there is any brain wave activity. |

Bummer are they still in Kansas? or Okla city?

I had a phone call a few minutes ago from my sister.
Garrett's parents signed the DNR papers last night. THis little guy has broken ribs, may have kidney & heart damage. The brain scan will be done today to see if there is any brain activity. The parents may have to make the decision to pull the plug today. |
