settlement question

Iam in california I have a question about settlement,
my doctor rated me at 25% disabled, he also stated
that the company was 100% responsible for my injury.
since there is no record of any problems with my back
before the accident at work happened.
I know that is not easy to tell what kind of settlement
would I receive, Iam not going to become rich I know.
but it would be nice Iif Iam able to keep my house.
since Iam like 12.000 behind...had a laminectomy L3-L4-L5
still in a lot of pain, going for a QME next week.
atty tells me after that he will be talking about a possible settlement.
does any one have any idea what should I expect?

My opinion for what it is worth. (((25% percent as a whole person)))
From your doctor 25%, then I'm sure the QME will perform a rating. Being said, that makes it even way to soon to even take a guess, because the 25% whole Body can change to 35% or even 15% whole body. You wont know till the QME is performed.
