Dr Authorizations - Cali
How often do doctors offices or adjuster have to give verbal/written authorizations for doctors to see a wc patient?
Do you know the code section/statute that that would fall under ? Thanks - you guys are great California |

as many as is needed or wanted by the doctor.
all treatment is controlled by utilization review. there is no legal citation for the number of times labor code 4600 just requires that the employer furnish treatment. |
