Need advice

RE: Need advice
Well don't jump on that wagon so fast. My interview was great. I did not really sell myself as good as I should have assuming I already would get the job so that is where my frustration lies. Yes it is my mistake but after three conversations with this administrater discussing my role and who I would be in charge of.......etc. that is why I didn't worry about going all out. It still was a good interview, I just left off things I was going to go into detail later after I got the job. I only let them know after I was turned down that I was not happy with that decision, do you think that was an uncommon reaction for someone who was led on and lied to? I also followed up with an email to principal and head of personnel about the situation. I did not fall apart on the interview or the panel

RE: Need advice
What I am saying, what seems normal to you, just might not of seemed normal to them. Never know. Plus that fact you had nothing in writting, only a verbal promise that really means nothing if it isn't written out. Then it seems as the panel did not agree with the on Admin. Meaning 2 against 1. You ever think the one Admin is in your favor, and now your black balling them, when their deccision was over road by a panel vote. Think about that.

RE: Need advice
I know, I did. I am going to do the job and not complain. I just wanted them to know the facts. One running around mouthing off is not good for our employees. They had me running an entire building for two years with no problems at all, I don't think they view me as out of line. I think I just have to move on even though it upsets me to this minute, I have to accept. Thanks for your input! Sounds like you have been on those panels lol

RE: Need advice
No, if I was on the Panel, you would have the job, and not be here. Trust me, I supported women in the work place before.
