Ankle injury
I have avascular necrosis of the ankle
The prognosis is very poor And quite devastating. What approximate Percentage can I expect from Workers comp? |

states that use impairment ratings base the ratings on the amount of functional recovery not on a diagnosis/prognosis.

I heard they base their Settlement on a percentage of loss of Use but I can't find what that percentage Might be |

it depends on how much loss you have--it's not a flat amount for any loss.

Question your doctor before you do something you shouldn't. Meaning if you don't fuse the ankle, what are the chances of infection and loosing the ankle.
