My lawyers aid
Today while getting gas I ran into my lawyers aid. After the hi how are ya's, he asked how I'm realy doing. I told him " I'm strugling with the pain and still off work and cant get the rfa's done till Aug 23rd. He admitly said when we first came to see them in a wheel chair he thought for sure I was not able to work again. I told him, It was somthing I had to try for myself (pride).
He said well you tried and (reality check) you need to stop killing your self and try to stop working, and said your dr will keep you off as long as I ask him too. My lawyer and my dr golf together and thier kids play on the same basketball team. So I believe they have arranged somthing and it has not been told to me.
I asked him what if wc has a fit and decides to send me to one of thier dr's and place me at mmi. He said I worry to much and if they did then they will do what I hired them for. I have had to change pain clinics for the mishap of doing the rfa in the wrong spot. And I now am with an aspirus clinic and he asked me to change to thier dr they send thier clients too. I personaly have heard bad things with this dr but am confused if I should. Is this dr under thier wing..? Would it be for my better outcome to already switch over...?

What do yous think....? Any input would be great..

RE: My lawyers aid
I really don't know, flip a coin maybe. Or ask the attorney what they think. Which I think I would do.
