Stopping In
Just stopping in to see how all of my family members here are doing? I hope all if going well for yourself and your cases.

I have recently been having problems with WC for some time now and started to suffer from depression again with all the crap. They have started denying payment for my medical treatments. After dealing with this for a while, my lawyer and I are taking them back to court as she filed a 1008. In my indeminity settlement portion of my settlement, medical was left open and I have court orders that they I am 100% disabled and WC is responsibile to pay medical for life or unless I settle this issue which I have not and will not settle it. I want them to pay medical as long as I live related to this injury. We do not have a court date yet but it has been filed. I will let you know how things progress.

I hope you all will fill me in on what is going on with yourselves lately. My grandbaby Kyzer occupies alot of my time and by the way he starting walking this week and he is 9 months old now. I am loving him so much. Hope to hear from many of you. May God Bless all of you...........Cajun Hugssssssssss and love y'all.
