ok so today went in front of judge did all that signed alot of paperwork got my check!!!...done with work comp and it feels better than anyone could imagine no more worries...Big Grin

Glad your happy, and hope the dollar amount is good. Now becareful, spend wisely. Pay-off what is very needed, stock pile some for rainy days, as there is always many of them, a Interest Bearing Checking account is a better way to go for settlement money also. Don't go broke, as many do within 5 years from any settlement. And good luck.

I'm happy for you. I have never had to file wc. On average, what percentage of your pay does a person get?

ohio's TTD rate is 72% for the first 12 weeks and 2/3 thereafter.
