RE: Cymbalta
To me,, Cymbalta is a wonder drug. I take a 60 mg. capsule before bed. It's slow release for both depression, anxiety, and neuropathic pain.

I have no side effects. It takes the edge off the pain, and calms me down. I have also had to learn what my "stressors" are and avoid them whenever possible.

I use it for cervical radiculopathy, RSD, Fibromyalgia, and depression disorder. I use it together with 1 mg. tabs of Klonopin which I believe is the medication that helps me sleep better than anything else I've tried.

Good luck with the Cymbalta! Tongue

RE: Cymbalta
Here is what I know and learned about this type medication, the brand name really doesn't matter much, but what matters the most, are the very important instructions you need to share with people around you, and family members.

Patients on antidepressants; Their families, friends, co-workers or caregivers should watch for new or worsening depression symptoms, (((unusual changes in behavior))), thoughts of suicide, anxiety, agitation, panic attacks, difficulty sleeping, irritability, hostility, (((aggressiveness))), impulsivity, restlessness, or (((extreme hyperactivity))). Call your healthcare provider right away if you have thoughts of suicide or if any of these symptoms are severe or occur suddenly. Be especially observant within the first few months of antidepressant treatment or whenever there is a change in dose. In most people, as I at one time, with a couple different Anti-depression medications had un-noticeable changes happened to me. meaning because of the medication, I was unaware of these changes. But, because I followed proper instructions, and alerted friends and family, to make sure they observe me and tell me if they notice any changes, it saved me from some major problems. The fix for me, was to stop the medication, till it wore off, and had to get back in and see the doctor, to try another type or brand medication. Had the same problems with the second medication, but, was fine on the 3rd medication Brand. So, be safe for yourself, and family, and make sure you inform them to watch you, observe you, for any out of the ordinary changes they notice with you.

It's my best opinion to you, that you do talk what I say here over with your doctor, before taking any Anti-Depression medication.

[b]Please, please remember, just because a medication worked on a few people witch had no problems, doesn't mean the next person wont have any problems. Just be safe with

RE: Cymbalta
Cymbalta can work wonders for some people. Do be careful though about just stopping this medication or running out, it can cause heart problems. It needs to be tapered down slowly.

Hope it works for you.
