RE: Bilateral Knee Injuries
[b]So, you going to tell us what you do know about the stairs?
Next you need to ask a personel injury Attorney your rights to sue under a 3rd party law suit. So you can call around and ask attorney's that for now. But, many times as 1171 stated there is a 1 year time limit, but, I call attorney's now in your area and ask. Generally a work comp attorney doesn't handle 3rd party suits, only a few will do it. michuad25 Wrote:No, I did not know I could because I it ws during my work day. It was a a mobile home park. Do I have the right to sue the homeowner since I was hurt on his property? He told what happened and It was surprisingly the truth. It has been almost two years can I still bring a suit against the mobile home park or just the home owner. Do they even have to have insurance? Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |
