RE: Bilateral Knee Injuries
Decent settlement meaning will you be happy with $15,000.00 to $30,000.00? That is the question?
Strangem why where you not told before the surgeries you needed a total knee replacement? I had my done at 50/51. I waited 15 years for it also. It's my opinion, to get the knee replaced before you settle, because who will pay for it in the future when it does get done if you settle, only you will pay then. Think about it first, and you can still find employment now also. By the way, what happened on those stairs? Do you have a 3rd party Law Suit going on with the Home Owner? Do you have an Attorney, if not why not? Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |
