Louisiana - Second Medical Opinion
In Louisiana, how long does the SMO doctor have to issue the report? I've checked several threads and have not found the answer. THANKS!

RE: Louisiana - Second Medical Opinion
I don't think there is a time limit. In general between 30 to 60 days as I have seen in the past, that the report comes out.

RE: Louisiana - Second Medical Opinion
Thank you for your quick response. I'll keep my eyes open for the SMO report! Do you know of a website that contains this type of information? I did try to find the info at a Workers' Comp site, but found nothing that referenced how long an SMO report should take. It's great to have someone like you with so much knowledge about these types of things! Again, THANKS!
