testamony tomarrow
so i have another testamony set for tom over this issue of removal from the workforce, i have been accepted in to college for the fall and have applied to 6 places in the meantime. i also have registered at the one stop enployment center in my county and will be attending a trainning class. im hoping this is enough for the judge to rule in my favor agin, the ins comp has been turning up the heat lately and all this after 2 years of battles. i was just wondering if anyone else has ever gone though this type of testamony and has any advice for me. i believe i have done everything right and hope the judge sees it my way again, thank you

RE: testamony tomarrow
all went well at my testamony judge ruled in my favor and payments are to continue. she was very happy that i am going to school and have been looking for work within my restrictions. but of course the ins comp will probaly appeal as they always do but they are wasting their time i have won everyone to date. it just sucks if they do because i belive my payments will stop until the appeal is complete.
