i doubt your case is closed. Being at MMI doesn't close a case.
If your case wasn't denied and they were providing medical benefits you had a claim when you were terminated. there is an appeal process: http://www.colorado.gov/cs/Satellite/CDL...8095316160 I'm sure your atty will give you your options. |
