RE: torn labrum in Illinois
My most recent Ortho Exam this year, lead to Shoulder issues.

Tendonitis, and maybe a Rotator Cuff tear.

Of course I don't want another surgery. As I had enough Cervical surgeries with now a 6 level fusion.

My treating Doctor and Surgeon, have always taught me to learn the area before ever making the next medical move. My Ortho sirgeon said attempt PT with shoulder first. So, I do my own PT here at home. It's not hard to learn home PT, just some simple research is all. The rest is you have to want to do it.

Now also, many here had shoulder problems, and I have some relatives with shoulder problems. So I research is all. Then try to use what I learn when I can with others.
