Deposition Today Been Hurting Since 9/07 -Filing 10/09

I got hurt at work in 2007 I reported it, and besides a couple physical therapy appt., nothing happened. I 2009 I reported it again stating my back neck arms and hands were all hurt and I am extremely stresses. After going to doctors and specialist it shows i have carpel tunnel and herinated disc 6 to be exact and one disc is hitting my sciatic nerve plus PTS. At deposition, answered a million questions and felt like most had nothing to do with my injury. Nervous about what is happening stayed for four hours and still wasn't done.
What should I expect whats next ?
Also I have a Civil Case going on against the same company is it legal for the DA to ask about my civil case in my Workers COmp Deposition?
If I am not comfortable answering a question and my attorney doesn't object can I say anything about it?

Hopefully Your Attorney will Prep You before Your Testimony. You don't have to Answer any Questions You don't Feel are appropriate, but the Judge May Force You to if the Defense Objects to the Quietness. 6 Herniated Discs and None of Them have had Surgery done to Them? It's a Wonder You could Walk let alone Work!

judge is not present during deposition so "quietness" is not a factor

I am also remembering that I was asked if i paid rent, I informed them that it didn't pay rent. But thinking about my answer should I have clarified that i pay a certain amount on the Mortgage and utilities and the house I am staying at.
Now I am worried they will try to turn that around and try to make me look like a lier?

we all have experiences where honesty didn't make everything fine.

my 2 cents:
why do you guys clutter threads with fluffy, surgary, platitudes?
are you trying to catch followers to add to some clique?
I know it's standard procedure with limbo--he can't help himself
but you too okla?

are you joking me 1171..thats what i was always told to do and not by still it was mainly BBBB and jayne who passed that info on to me..since when have i been part of a clique news to me buddy..i was just trying to pass along some good advise which was given to me when i first posted on this site..so get off me !@# bc it has nothing to do with what or whomever your talking about plus bringing this to the IWF..b/l conversations like this are more suited for the OT forum..sorry jade for having to hear this nonsence it seems to be an infection thats spreading rather quickly..take care
