Just an update on my case, they released me to light duty(sitting) Mon may 17. I compllained to personel about having to come in that quick with my ankle so badly injured and hurting and they said just come in next mon may 24th. I thought that was nice of them, I was kinda surprised. I work for the same company my friend does that I have been talking about. We were hired the same day 1994

I am wondering a few things similar to Bob. I live in Indiana. my employer is located and based in California and I was hurt working in Oklahoma. Where should my case be filed under because I think my insurance is trying to file it under the least employee friendly one. Please I hope you can help. thanks
