Have a ?
If your Attorney tells you, you can go to a accupuncture to see if it will help relieve your pain and you pay out of your own pocket, can you get in trouble for that?

Live in ca.

Life is like the ocean, it can be calm one minute and the next a wave will knock you off your feet, it's up to you to get back up and take control.

RE: Have a ?
you are allowed to purchase your own treatment.
You have to disclose it to any other doctors so that treatment programs don't interfer with each other.

RE: Have a ?
yes, QME reports can be challenged.
Smile
the usual course, when you are represented, is to have your medical issues determined by an Agreed Medical Examiner -but not always.
Your atty should explain how or if they plan to get this evidence into the court record.
not all information is so critical that it will lead to a change of the doctors opinion, so it's really a judgement call based on experience on the part of the atty.

RE: Have a ?
If your being seen by a PMD, you should talk accupuncture over with them first.

Accupuncture isn't a cure all.
