pa settlement question
hey ya'll. curious bout being awarded a settlement and being seperated from my wife for 2 years if she is entitled to any of my settlement. anyone have any info on that?

Some States have Laws and Rules if injured while still being married.
Contact the State Board of Work Comp, they can and will answer this for you.
