Bad Boy my attorney also told me if I do not reach an agreement on the MSA the insurance company will not settle.

You've read the info on their attorney so I believe you can understand what I am saying.

RE: IC refuses to fund MSA
Bummer, in your case the IC only is willing to offer a portion to only 1 injured body part. As I have read, they don't want to accept any of the other injuries as work related, or injury related. Now the ageement you attorney is saying is for only the knee, so if you were to aggree to this you would be able to settle. But, if your IC would give Open Medical, (which I haven't seen as an offer yet) then you would be able to settle.

RE: IC refuses to fund MSA
You are correct. The insurance company only wants to settle on the meniscus surgery (left knee) and future medical treatment for the surgery.

I had meniscus repair, pica resectioning, and chrondyl repair on the (right knee) 2007.
The injury was considered an overuse injury from the left knee.
I have a 10% rating on this knee. The insurance company refuses to pay future medical for this knee.

An MRI date 6/09 of the right knee shows moderate narrowing of the lateral joint space.

The insurance company wants me to sign a statement that reads the knee replacement & any other injury is not related to work comp.

The other injuries are the back, and right carpal tunnel, we are in the state court of appeals with them.
