Any mental stress and/or physical exertion on the job could have exacerbated his condition. If that is the case then it should be compensatory. Talk it over with a well-versed lawyer.

Thanks guys, Well My sister-in law checked with my brother's employer about w/c today and his employer said heart attacks are not covered under w/c. Also my brother had went to a ER in the town he lives in 6 weeks ago complaing of chest pain and they told him he had pulled some muscles, what do you guys think about that?I will give him some info you guys have provided thanks. By The Way The Heart Attack he Had Is Called A widowMaker, Low chance of survival, from my understanding.
