I was injured during my last week at work before I moved from Florida to Tennessee. I saw a doctor right away and she brushed me off and I moved soon after. I am in a great deal of pain and need to see someone. Is it possible to see someone under workers comp even though I have changed states, and how do I do it?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

first step is to report the injury to the employer.

if when you were injured you reported it to your employer and there is an open claim then i dont see why you couldnt

now all you need is for them to authorize a doctor in tennessee.
you might want to have a name in mind.
