Advise....consequential injury
[/size]
Hi Everyone! Background: I have been dealing with a back injury since 2006 (FL). I have had a couple of MRI's and they seem to get worse. I have went through PT, 16 Shots, EMG and lots of pills...ugh! In December 2008, I was scheduled for fusion w/ the cage and hardware; the day before it was canceled due to the carrier not authorizing it??..!! I haven't been able to get the courage to re-schedule. My left leg suffers with odd sensations, it feels just like a 9 volt battery being stuck to your tongue or worse! 1 Week ago my left leg went numb and I fell down and banged my right shoulder pretty bad. My treating doctor says that he will fight for a MRI of my shoulder because he feels its related. Does anyone have experience with a consequential injury? How hard is it to get treated? RE: Advise....consequential injury
it probably depends on the type of injury. they will likely get a second opinion.
