Nervous about QME 3-31-10

I talked to my attrny. 2 weeks ago he said he was going to set me up with a new doctor, I assumed before the QME, but when I called attrny's office his last thur. his secretary said it won't be for a while, when I got ready to ask her what she meant she said she had to go and hung up real fast, what the heck was that suppose to mean? Well I know I've been praying a lot, and have my girls cause they know how nervous I am, but today I did a lot of thinking, I figure I've had crappy attrny's, doctors, chiro's, for over a year now and the truth is, I'm ready to go in there and deal with what ever I have to because whatever the rating or out come I'm not greedy and I'm surely ready to move forward and deffenatlly ready to leave Workers Comp. to there own games because there not gonna play no more games with this family! YE HA! I just don't understand the game my attrny is playing. Well I guess in a few days we'll find out!

This is the Hardest Part of Fighting w/c for what You Deserve, it's PATIENCE, and Remembering that This is Nothing Personal to Them, You are a Case Number, a File, and a Liability, Period. Only You can Make it Personal by allowing Them to get in Your Head! Call Your Attorney's Office and Schedule a Set-Down Appt. and make a List of All of Your Concerns. If after that Meeting You Leave still Feeling Uneasy, start the Search for another Attorney. This System works very well for about 80% of Claimants, and then There is Us, the 20% that have to Fight. So the Only way They can Win is if You Let Them!! You don't know How Hard it was for Me after about 5 Years of This to turned Down a Low 6 Figure Settlement, but in Reality They Owe Me that just in Back Unpaid Wages because I am not being Paid Correctly, and We are Leaving the w/c Section Soon and going to the Commonwealth Court with a Great Chance of Winning. I Hate the Battles and the Stress on Top of the Pain, and They could Never Come Close to Paying Me what I will Lose in Wages, I was only 42 when Injured!! Your attorney probably doesn't want to spend a lot of time with you as he see's very little motivation (money) from your case. Hopefully he will step up to the plate and be more proactive when you are rated and settlement is an issue.
